The fishmonger at the Yamuliao Market was very busy. The fishmongers were busily working to fulfill the orders that came in one after another, their hands never resting. Amidst the bustle characteristic of a market, I, amongst the other customers, watched them at work.

A single fish was placed on a round chopping board. The man picked up a sharp knife and with smooth movements, he sliced the fish into three pieces. There was no waste in his handiwork, as if his years of experience had been condensed. Every time the knife entered the meat of the fish, the sound of the knife resonated pleasantly.

Amazingly, despite his busy schedule, the man's expression never changed. His face, which could be described as absentminded, showed a craftsman's spirit as he went about his work without hesitation. His silent work amidst the hustle and bustle of the market had the power to attract the attention of those who saw him. The contrast between the fervor of the fishmonger and his calmness created a memorable scene.
