Shot at Yamuliao market in Tainan, Taiwan.
A fishmonger was working busily. A fish, which was probably a milkfish, was put on the wooden chopping board and he was just scoring with a kitchen knife. A straight cut line was seen on the body. He was absorbed in cutting. So he didn't cast an eye on me. Perhaps, he didn't notice my existence.
I was gazing admiringly at his skillful moving. And I wondered why he wore the plastic gloves of a different color. He seemed to work like crazy. So he could be too busy to care about that.
