The narrow lanes were running like a maze in this old quarter. I am fond of such area. I walked around the lanes which were too narrow for cars. The alleyways without cars were calm beyond expectation. The environment was perfect to ramble along.
During strolling, I felt like I was being watched. Yet the lane was deserted. Nobody was around me. In the meantime, I had a brainwave. I looked into under the cart which was parked in the lane. And I found a black cat. It removed its mask. It was gazing at me while it was lying flat there.
