Shot at Yamuliao Market in Tainan, Taiwan.
A woman wearing an apron was just getting going her job. A chicken was placed on a chopping board in front of her. Her face was serious. The tweezers were in her hand. She was about to remove pelages from the chicken. I thought it was an unglamorous work. Yet it was requisite to eat delectably at the same time.
I acknowledge the superiority on the way the Chinese people think about food. So it could be nothing special to devote a great deal of time and care.
