The boat which I embarked finished crossing the river in a matter of seconds. And I arrived at the island where a Buddhist temple was built. Because not many worshipers were there, the temple was wrapped by the silence.
Like other Buddhist temples, there were many halls in the precinct. And I saw the worshipers praying in every hall. And it was hard to know which was the most important place. However, it might be excess to rank the importance of the religious places.
Walking around the precinct, I came to the staircase which was built on the edge of the water. A man stood facing to the water surface. After he threw the offerings into the river, he started to pray with his hands close together. And another Buddhist temple was glittering on the opposite side of the river. The Buddhist temples are, almost by definition, gilded in Myanmar.
