A man wearing a cap was hanging around in front of the gate of the Hsiahai City God Temple. He had a large tray hanging from his neck with many flowers inside. The man was selling flowers as an offering. But the man's face was not so good. Judging from his expression, he was not selling as well as he would have liked.
In any case, it seems that offering flowers to the gods is also common in Taiwan. It is not unusual to offer flowers to the gods in Japan or India. Perhaps it is a fact that God likes beautiful things in every country. But if so, I feel that the world would be more beautiful.
