The market in Kyauktan was larger-than-expected. Walking around the market, I came to the fish section. The section was bustling and the small fishmongers occupied it. And the ocean-fresh fishes were displayed in the storefront. This town seemed to have a fishing harbor because I saw some shops selling fishnets. So these fishes could be landed just near this market.
Unlike other sections, which were dim, this section was luminous. The fishes were twinkling under the lights. The passage was wet and many people cut a fish in each store. In the meantime, I found an older woman standing at the end of the passage. While clasping the hands behind her lower back, she was talking with a storekeeper. Apparently, she came to this market to make small talk not to buy fishes.
