Shot at Kyauktan Township in Yangon, Myanmar.
After a short while, a boat, which I should get on, came to the bank. And I get on it. This boat was only for foreign customers. Yet it was almost same to the boast for the local people. The difference I could find out was the roof. Unlike the boats for the local people, a roof was equipped to my boat. It looked like a small solicitude.
Because I was the only foreign tourist at that time, the passenger was only me. As soon as I boarded, the boat embarked on crossing the river without waiting for other foreigners coming. In the situation, the number of the crews were larger than the number of the passenger. A middle-aged man drove the engine and did the steering. And some boys were working with him. The boy in this photo was one of them. Holding my camera, he showed me his surprising face. And Ye Le Pagoda was almost there.
