After looking out from the hallway on the second floor of the Kyauktan market for a while, I decided it was time to move on. Walking down the corridor and around the back of the hallway, I found a barbershop. As in barbershops everywhere, there was a large mirror hanging on the wall.
A boy customer was sitting in a chair in front of the mirror, and the barber was cutting the boy's hair. The barber was moving his hands very happily. He seems to be in the process of trimming his collar, because he has clippers in his hands. In contrast to the happy barber, the boy looks miffed. Perhaps the boy is trying to tell me, who is pointing a camera at him, that he is not a spectacle.
I looked into the large mirror and saw a man and a boy. The boy was probably a friend of the client's boy. The boy, who was wearing his hat backwards, was looking at me through the mirror with a face as happy as the barber. It seemed that this boy was much more interested in the camera I was holding than he was in how his friend's haircut was done.
