There were many baskets on the ground. Every basket had vegetables in it. This was a corner of a grocery store in the Khlong Toei Market in Bangkok. The vegetables in the baskets seemed to have just been brought in and would be displayed in the store. Garbage was strewn between the baskets. Then I saw a woman standing at the end of it. She was standing there with her hands on the stacked baskets, not doing anything. Her vacant gaze drifted around the store. From the looks of it, the woman seemed to be suffering from a sense of weakness. She must have a lot of vegetables to display, and she didn't know when she would finish.
As I looked at her, I felt I could understand how she felt. If I had a pile of work in front of me that needed to be taken care of, I would have the same blank expression on my face as the woman. And I would be at a loss as to how to get through the situation. Fortunately or unfortunately, time rarely solves such a situation. The only thing I can do is to work hard, but that is difficult. It's a problem.
