During walking around the market, I found a greengrocery. Some women were working while they were sitting in the shop. Many baskets were placed in front of them. And the basket was filled with chili peppers. Not only in the basket, but also on the floor, chili peppers were piled up. They were just sorting chili peppers out.
No one talked. The women worked silently. The chili pepper is a common condiment in Thailand. So chili peppers were much in demand. A big portrait of the now-dead king was seen on the other side of them. He was camera-toting. It was said that he used a camera made by Canon, a Japanese manufacturer, habitually.
