Poultry Meat Store In Market

Woman cutting poultry meat in crossed-leg position

The woman cut poultry meat in a crossed-leg position

Shot in Dalah, Myanmar.

The foodstuffs were sold in the market in Dalah. The passages were flanked by many shops. I walked around the market while watching what was sold here. When I walked around the market in Asian countries, I sometimes found rarities which were uncommon in Japan. And I felt the differences of the cultures when I saw them. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any novelties here.

In the meantime, I caught sight of a woman. She sat in a cross-legged position in her shop. And poultry meats were displayed in front of her. She took an order and cut one of the poultry meats on the wooden round chopping board. At first, I thought she sold chickens. Yet the color of the meats seemed to be different from the chickens. They might be duck meats.
