The market I found during walking was deserted. Although other shops were closed, some butchers were working in the silent market. They cut the pork according to the meat part. And they classify the meat according to part after cutting. Pig's trotters were put into blue baskets.

Pig's trotter was one of the popular foodstuffs in Thai cuisine. In spite of being scrambled, the pig's trotters were one of the articles for sale of the butchers. When I saw them put in the basket, I couldn't think they were delicious. They were soaked with blood. However, I like to eat Pork Limb Rice in a food stall. It was hard to believe that the pork limbs I saw in a food stall were same as what I saw in the butcher.
