Although the market was silent and deserted, some butchers worked in one block of it. Other shops in this market were closed. Yet they still worked. It might mean that they did good business. At any rate, the young butchers were working happily. The young man in this photo was one of them.
Like his colleagues, he was stripped to his waist and wrapped a vinyl seat around his waist. A big tattoo was seen on his shoulder. And a Chinese cleaver was in his hand. During I took some photos of him, he kept cutting pork. The pork was cut into pieces wave after wave. On the other hand, I couldn't find any cold storage chambers around here. So I wondered how they preserved their articles for sale. Maybe the pork was stored at normal temperature until someone came to buy.
