Walking the 26th street, I found many stores in the big building standing by the roadside. It was a market. The 26th street in Yangon became a street market and there was a full-scale market just beside the street. Perhaps, the street vendors doing business in the street market failed to get a place in the building.
Leaving the street market, I entered the building. The inside was dim and many small stores were seen. They were zoned and looked like cells. In the meantime, I found a butcher in the dimness. A woman and a man were working back to back there. Because there was no air conditioner, the market was humid so much. The man wore a tank-top. On the other hand, the woman kept wearing a hijab. I thought it was an ordeal for Muslim women to work in the muggy place.
