Lungshan Temple Is Worshipped By Many Locals

Many locals praying seriously in Lungshan Temple

Many worshippers were praying seriously in Lungshan Temple

Shot at Lungshan Temple, a Chinese folk religious temple in Taipei, Taiwan.

After walking around the precinct of Lungshan Temple, I came back to the entrance. There was a big table and many offerings were put on it. And many worshippers were standing in front of it. Some worshippers were just praying while joining their hands. Some worshippers were praying with incense sticks in their hands. I could see also people doing the Poe divination. Anyway, all of them were praying seriously. And I realized that this temple was worshipped by many local people.

There were many altars in the precinct and offerings were seen in spots. Yet the table at the entrance seemed to be most important. Because many kinds of deities were enshrined, it might be possible to pray for them together here. I didn't know the truth. However, I thought it was true that the lazy person who thought of such a thing couldn't pray like the people in this photo.
