After walking around the precincts of Longsan Temple, I came back to the entrance area. A large table was set up at the entrance with many offerings placed on top. Many worshippers were standing in front of the table. Some were simply praying with their hands together, while others were holding incense sticks. As if praying wasn't enough, there were also people doing poe fortune-telling. In any case, everyone was praying with a serious face. Looking at these people, it is easy to see why Lungshan Temple is widely worshipped by the people.
There are several altars in the temple grounds, each with a table on which offerings are placed. However, this table near the entrance seems to be the main one. There are various deities in Yongsan Temple, and perhaps if one prays here, he or she is paying homage to all the deities on the temple grounds. I am not sure if this is correct or not, but it is true that a person who thinks in such a cavalier way cannot pray as seriously as the people in the photo.
