I saw a taco stand on the side of the road in Juchitan. Tacos are a local delicacy of Mexico, and are such a major food that you can find taco stalls everywhere you go in any town you visit. Unlike in Japan, tacos are more likely to be found at a street stall than in a restaurant.
The three women in the photo were working at the taco stall. They were huddled together in a tiny stall, chopping up the ingredients for their tacos. When I pointed the camera at them, all three of them smiled happily.
