Tacos are one of the most iconic foods in Mexico. It's easy to eat, and there are taco stalls in every town. When I was walking around the streets of Juchitan, it wasn't hard to find a taco stall.
The man with the mustache in this photo was working at one of the stalls on such a street corner. The tacos, made on a hot griddle, looked delicious. When I asked him what the ingredients were, he replied in Spanish, so I couldn't know what they were. Still, I bought some tacos and ate them. Then, after a long time, I set up my camera.
