Walking the street in the downtown, a pedicab came from over there. It was unusual. The rickshaw man didn't pedal and walked his vehicle. And no one sat on the seat. What was placed on the seat was a speaker. And a man followed the vehicle. He had a microphone in his hand and walked while he spoked. I didn't understand what he spoke because he spoke in Burmese. Perhaps, he delivered a political message. Anyway, it looked like a sound truck.
Looking closer, a colorful flag was attached to the vehicle. According to the color combination, it was a Buddhist flag. And this flag is used also in Japan. Both of the men might belong to a religious group. Myanmar was democratized. So there might be some political parties confirmed by a Buddhist community in this country.
