A young Buddhist monk wearing a conical hat was standing at the crossing. The place was busy and many pedestrians pass by in front of him.
Yet he was just standing and didn't ask for the alms. I wondered for what he stood there. Maybe he had arranged to meet his friend because the place where he was was a popular rendezvous. Yet what he wore was a Kasaya. So he didn't seem to come here to go hang out with his friends.
