The dwelling were scattered on the plain
The plain field was well seen from the shrine on the hillside of the mountain. The rice fields were spreading in the plain and the houses were dotted. And some mountains were also seen in the background.
The flat land was put under cultivation as far as I could see. And the top of the mountain where I stood was the place belonged to Shinto deities. These deities were watching the human behaviors with a bird's-eye view.
