Two dogs were relaxing by the roadside. When I passed by them, one dog noticed me. Yet they didn't show me a sign of friendship.

The dog assumed a blank face. It was a human-like expression which seemed to depict its loneliness. By some measures, it was afraid of me. I was just a passing-by person. I didn't have no intention of doing something to it. On the other hand, another didn't care about me as if I was not there.
