Many shops sold flowers which were used as offerings. Yet the shop where the man in this photo worked sold other things. The man wearing a T-shirt worked on the other side of the counter. He packed something in plastic containers while he wore a plastic glove on his left hand.
Seemingly, what he packed were cut fruits and rolled banana leaves. I wondered whether they were also used as offerings. Anyway, he kept working even though I stood in front of him. He was too busy to have time for a traveler of leisure. Without casting an eye on me, he kept applying plastic films to trays one after another.
