Unfortunately, this Damnoen Saduak Floating Market was not as bustling as I expected. I have seen many beautiful photos taken in busy floating markets in Thailand. So I thought I could take similar photos if I visited the market. However, it seemed to be impossible. The tranquil atmosphere wafted there.
The women in this photo were also lazy and relax. Both of them sat on their boats. And the boats went along the edge of the canal. They seemed to have no incentive to sell.
Looking at the women, they wore the same traditional hat. I often saw people wearing this hat in and around Bangkok. It seemed to be popular here. It looked like a Vietnamese hat called Nón lá. Yet Nón lá was a trigonal pyramid. On the other hand, the top of the hat seen in Thailand was flatted.
108 B&W photos are appeared. Of course, you can read also via KINDLE UNLIMITED.
