Two wooden boats stopped on both sides of the canal. Because the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market was not busy at the time of visiting and there were not many tourists on this site, people on the boats seemed to have nothing to do. They were lazy and relax on each boat.
Everybody who got a handle on boats here wore a hat. It seemed to be a necessity article to work in the floating market. It was needed to avoid the strong sun because they had to work under the sky for a long time. The two persons in this photo also wore a hat.
It was true for tourists. It was better to wear a hat during looking around the market by boat. Therefore, some vendors sold hats for tourists. I saw a fully loaded boat with hats here.
Looking at the boat stopping in the front, some hats were seen on it. Perhaps, the woman on the boat changed her hats according to mood.
