The cart was placed in the shade

Shot in the city of Shinagawa, Tokyo.

A two-wheeled cart was propped against the wall in a corner of a small park. Although this area is now a part of the capital of this country, it was not included in the city center and a post station along the Tokaido Way was established here during the Edo period. Once the area was prospered. Yet it is now a tranquil residential area.

The park was deserted and I alone in the park where an inn officially designated as a lodging for a daimyo was built.
