Purple Umbrella

Woman with purple umbrella walking passage

A purple umbrella moved the passageway

Shot at Thanlyin Myo Ma Market in Thanlyin, Myanmar.

Walking the corridor on the ground floor, I found a stairway. The building was two-storied. I headed upstairs. As contrasted with the corridor on the ground floor, the upstairs corridor looked out on the inside of the market. From above, the straight passage was well seen. People came and went.

Although it was not raining, some people walked while putting an umbrella up to avoid the strong sun. The local people liked to wear vivid clothes. The same could be said for umbrellas. In the meantime, a woman appeared in the passage below my eyes. She put an umbrella up. It was a vivid purple as was expected. She moved to the other edge of the passageway slowly. And her umbrella looked really sharp with the sun.
