Yushima Seido is a Confucius temple dedicated to Confucius. Although the official ideology of the Edo period was Cheng–Zhu school, a branch of Confucianism, there are not many Confucius temples in Tokyo. They may have existed in the past, but at least nowadays they are rare. After all, if they are not accepted by the people, they will not become as ubiquitous as Inari-san.
As I stepped into the precincts of the Yushima Seido, I was struck by the silence inside. Stopping at the bottom of the stairs, the Kyodan Gate is clearly visible. The Taiseiden Hall beyond the gate was also clearly visible, and even the hanging oblong plaque could be seen.
By the way, Taiseiden is the name of the main hall of the Confucius Temple, where Confucius is worshipped.
