Praying In Yushima Seido

Facade of Yushima Seido

Two persons were just praying

Shot at Yushima Seido, a Confucian temple in Ochanomizu, Tokyo.

A mother and his son were praying in front of the hall together. Probably, the son was an entrance test taker. This temple is dedicated to Confucius and many test-takers come to pray for the wish for passing the exam because it is said this temple is responsible for students.

Yet I wonder whether Confucius is also responsible for lazy students. I thought life is not that easy. They could feel like a drowning man grasping at straws.
