The hall stood on the top of the stairway

Shot at Moto-Mishima Jinja, a Shinto shrine in Uguisudani, Tokyo.

The area near the Uguisudani station is the love motel alleys. In the midst motels, a small Shinto shrine stands. Its prayer hall is seen on the top of the staircase. It has a long history according to legend and it has moved to this place in 1710. So its history is not comparable to the motels'.

Yet it seems to be run away with the show by the latecomers. Nonetheless, it is lingering on the tip of the stairway silently without complaining.
