I was looking at Sotobori Street running below from the top of the Hijiri-bashi Bridge. On Sotobori-dori, a wide sidewalk stretched straight along the high wall of Yushima Seido, and I could see pedestrians popping up from time to time.
Among the pedestrians, I could see a man wearing a bowler hat. He was pushing a stroller. A stroller and a bowler hat may seem like a strange combination, but it was fashionable to see a man wearing a bowler hat dashing around pushing a stroller.
The figure of the man in the hat was walking down Sotobori-dori, gradually moving away from me. Eventually, he became too small to be seen. That was my cue to start walking again.
