Shot at Anping District in Tainan, Taiwan.
I found some sieve baskets during rambling along the old quarter. And they were filled with white objects. At first, I couldn't understand what was placed there. I took aim that they could be foodstuffs. Yet they were unidentifiable.
From what I hear, they might be ingredients of shrimp cracker. Shrimp cracker is one of this place's specialties. Before being fried, the ingredients were laid out to dry in the sun. What I saw seemed to be put in the sun long. They were already dried up and got dull.
