The busy street in the center of Yangon was crowded with many stalls. The man in this photo wearing a tank top was working in one of those stalls.
There were also many stalls that sold fruit, but this man wasn't selling fruit. There was a large iron plate in front of him, and several round objects could be seen on top. It is a fried food called Acho. The man with a spatula in his hand was making Acho on the griddle. He was working silently like a dour craftsman.
People in Myanmar seem to be fond of fried food, and Acho stalls are set up all over the city.
