I found a food stall in the deserted street. Because it was hot, not many locals walked outside. However, the man in this photo worked in the stall under the strong sun. Some cast irons with many pockets were placed in front of him. Every pan gleamed black and well used. I thought that meant he was an experienced cook.
A cute kettle was in his hand and he poured rice flour into the pockets. He was just cooking Khanom Khrok, Thai coconut pudding. It was very popular in Thailand. I saw many street-side by vendors serving Khanom Khrok during walking around.
