There were enormous numbers of small cafes which served tea by the roadside in Yangon. In most cases, there were a stove burner, some tables and some chairs. When people sat the chair, they could drink hot tea called 'lahpet-yei gyan'. I thought to drink a cup of hot tea in this hot city looked like 'Set a thief to catch a thief'.
The man in this photo was working at one of them. He smiled at me while he held a kettle in his hand.
