Many men were lazy and relax in the eating place
There was a small eating place in a corner of the residential area. Many tables and chairs were placed. And it was crowded with the local men. No women were seen there. Like other many Asian countries, the eating place of this kind functioned as a place for social interaction for men in Myanmar. Although I saw many women working during walking around, it was uncommon to see women relaxing in this kind of place. Perhaps, the women didn't have time to go to that kind of place because the women worked harder than men. The women had a lot of things to do, for example washing laundry.
Anyway, all the customers were men here. A TV was placed on the rack. And everyone watched it while they dunk and ate.
