The aisle of the market in Bago where I was walking looked like it wasn't originally intended to be a sales area. There were no booths set up to sell anywhere. The aisles just stretched out. And people were sitting on the aisles and selling their goods on the floor. The atmosphere was just like a street market. The only difference was that there was a roof over the market. Maybe the buildings haven't kept up with the expansion of the market.
The girl with long hair in this photo was one of those who plied their trade in such an aisle. She was sitting by the wall of the aisle like the others, laying out the vegetables for sale in front of her. When I stopped in front of her, the girl seemed surprised by the sudden appearance of a foreign tourist with a camera. And the lens was pointed at her. She began to get embarrassed. Although she didn't refuse to have a photo taken, she didn't look at the camera while I pointed at her. All the time, she was smiling shyly as she looked somewhere else for help.
