When I find a staircase that gives me a glimpse of the floor below, I capture it on camera

One word that you may or may not understand is "machi-chuka (local Chinese eatery)." When I hear it, I think of a Chinese restaurant that has been in business for a long time, although it may not be very beautiful. But I am not sure if the image that comes to mind is the same as others. Even WIKIPEDIA is not sure, as the term "machi-chuka" refers to popular Chinese restaurants that are rooted in the community. The term "machi-chuka" is as vague as it sounds.

One day, I went to a machi-chuka restaurant in Fujisawa, near JR Fujisawa Station, called Aji no Kokuya, which has been in business since 1946 and is located in the basement of a retro-style building called the Fujisawa Meiten Building. The long history of the restaurant, the retro look of the building, and the food samples displayed in front of the store were all what I imagined "machi-chuka" to be like. Surprisingly, there was a line and it took about 30 minutes to get in. It seems to be very popular. Considering this situation, I felt that my image of “machi-chuka” was almost the same as that of people around the world, and the word "machi-chuka" became a little clearer.
