Gorilla Was Pretty Confident

Statue of Gorilla

The gorilla raised its arms

Shot in the city of Fujisawa, Kanagawa.

When I was waiting for my friends coming, I felt like I was being watched. A big gorilla was on the roof of a building and watched the traffic.

The building belonged to a Japanese pinball parlor and the gorilla was a mascot. It had boxes in both hands and looked down. The grinning gorilla seemed to be pretty confident. Its expression was so audacious that I felt as if I was pressed to be happy by the gorilla.
