It was still early to eat supper. During walking around the street, I found some people who started preparing for dinner. The man wearing a blue tank top was one of them. He was mashing up garlic with a brick in front of a restaurant.
He seemed to lay the groundwork for dishes. Chinese dishes like Chow Mein were popular in this country, but most of restaurant deserved curry, Indian cuisine. People eat curry in all three meals every day. Although I like to eat curry, I wanted to eat other dishes sometimes.
