A group of people clad in identical gym uniforms began to play tai chi in front of the Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall

I had come to Zhongshan Park, where the Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall is located, to see people doing tai chi. I thought that if I came early in the morning, I would be able to see people doing tai chi here. But I was wrong. There was no one playing tai chi around the hall. Almost giving up, I walked around and around the hall in circles. Meanwhile, a large number of people in sportswear appeared out of nowhere.

They came out in droves to Zhongshan Park in the early morning and began to line up in front of the National Father's Memorial Hall. Everyone was wearing the same gym uniform, so they might have been members of the same gymnastics class. While I was thinking this, someone who seemed to be the master began to give an order over the loudspeaker. Then, many people started to do tai chi all at once. It was not a gymnastics class, but a tai chi class, and just as I was about to give up, the scene I had wanted to see unfolded before my eyes.
