Shot at Datong District in Taipei, Taiwan.
Walking a while, I came to a Chinese pharmacy. According to a Google map, it is popular. So I opened its heavy door and entered. The interior was chic and some staffs wearing a uniform with a mandarin collar were working. The exclusive atmosphere wafted inside. Although I didn't know the history of this shop, the atmosphere alleged it had a long history.
The bespectacled man in this photo was one of the staffs. Some kinds of materials for Chinese medicine were placed on the table in front of him. He was just preparing Chinese medicine. A small balance was in his hand and he weighed with a serious expression. On the other side of him, many metal containers were seen on the rack.
For good or for evil, I was not in poor health. So I bought only some tubes of toothpaste made with Chinese medicine and left the store.
