The lane was dim
The Tsukiji Market which is the largest wholesale market in this country was separated into two areas, the inner market and the outer market. I was walking around the latter.
Many shops and restaurants were doing business in the outer market and many visitors came here with them as a guide. The lanes in the market were bustling. Yet I found a quiet passage when I divagated from the crowded alleys. The shops were shuttered and the passage was dim.
