The place was shone by the sunlight
The inner market of Tsukiji is covered by a large roof, so it is very dim inside without lights. However, there were some places where the roof was made of glass, and sunlight shone through. Only those places were a little brighter and stood out from the surroundings. I could see people coming and going. The place in this photo was one such place.
The people walking around seem to be moving back and forth in the spotlight on the stage. But no one seemed to have any lines to say there, and no one was shouting on the stage. It was quiet. It was as if they were performing a silent play.
