During walking around the inner market, I often found the heads of tuna. Once again, I found them. They were set up on the wooden board. Unfortunately, the dismantlement of their bodies seemed to be finished already.
The blocks of the tuna bodies might be stored in the refrigerated chamber. Nevertheless, these heads were also a commercial product. I wondered whether it was unnecessary to be kept in a freezer. Unlike the body which were sold as a Sashimi, these heads might be shelf-stable.
