I saw many people working in the inner market. And most of them were doing what they should do without saying a word. I thought the market was noisy during the auction was held. Yet the auction was ended already. And the market was silent. Perhaps they wanted to finish their job as soon as possible.
The young man in this photo was also working silently. A big fish was placed on the chopping board and a kitchen knife was in his hand. He was just cutting open the belly of the fish. He seemed to take out the inner parts.
