Shot at Tsukiji Market in Tsukiji, Tokyo.
Most people working in the inner market were male. Because they had to carry heavy objects, for example big tunas, the job in the market might be a man's work basically. Yet there were also women. A movement toward gender equality also came here.
The woman in this photo wore an apron and worked with men. She wanted to put a foam carton on the rack. Yet it was too high for her. Then, a man came to her and help her. After the job was done. They walked away in amity.
