Removing Scale

The man was removing the scale

Shot at Tsukiji Market in Tsukiji, Tokyo.

Some people were working in the shop in the inner market. A table was placed in front of the storefront and some fishes were put on the chopping board. There were two kinds of fish. One was red, probably it was porgy. And the other was silver‐skinned fish which I didn't know the name. Perhaps, I found its name when it became the shape of Sushi.

Beside the table, a man who had a scaler in his hand stood. And he was removing the scale with a lighting speed. He was a craftsman.
