The man was cutting a big head
The bodies of tuna are big. So their heads were also big. And there are many parts which are edible. The man wearing a black apron wore vinyl gloves in both hand and had a big kitchen knife. He confronted a head of tuna. He was just cutting a part around the gills.
The shops around his shop were already closed. And the place was silent. Because he was cutting in a noiseless fashion, I didn't notice his existence until I approached him.
