Outside the window was an urban cityscape. The Bunkyo Civic Center is the ward office of Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo. It was built in 1994, when Japan was still in the throes of the bubble economy, and has an assembly hall and a theater, making it a gorgeous building.
On the 25th floor of the Bunkyo Civic Center, there is an observation lounge. This is a photo taken from the observation lounge, looking out the window. There are no tall buildings around, so the view from here is good. Admission is free, and it's not so crowded, so it's a good spot. I could see many buildings crawling on the ground beyond the window. I could see the Skytree towering in the distance. And I could also see the moon floating above it.
